Interview
1. What Inspired you to be a chef?
       My family inspired me the most. I grew up in a huge family so holidays and special occasions I           always wanted to help out and be apart of the process of cooking.
2. What should consumers look for when dining out?
       They should look for knowledgeable waiters and waitresses because that indicates that the food           is coming from a chef that really knows about what they are cooking and the experience.
3. What are some quality savory dishes?
    That would include a nice quality whole baked fish. There are many fish that fill these                           requirements at Bonefish but the Chilean Sea Bass is a delicacy. Quality crispy skin and tender           not overcooked.

The location I have chosen to do my magazine on and take pictures is Bonefish Grill. I choose this restaurant because its a very local and classy restaurant.

Schedule Photo Shoot-Magazine

 I will be sitting down and ordering a variety of dishes with my family on Saturday the 7th of December 2019. I have chosen this date because my sister will be performing in  a dance recital and after we will visit the restaurant. What I will be taking photos of are the dinning area, around the restaurant, families enjoying their dinner, and the meals I have ordered.

I put the articles on these pages because I wanted to magazine to contain spread out content and not just flipping through ads to find the articles. I will probably use about 5-7 photos on my midterm draft. The fonts I choose were the same as in the cover photo to keep the scheme running smoothly. I will analyze the font color to go with the scheme of the chosen photo.

Cover Template-Magazine

When I was thinking of a title for my magazine i wanted it to be catchy but meaningful. The magazine is about food and Delicious Dishes is what i came up with. The font I choose for the title I new I wanted it to be elegant and legible as for the other words I wanted them to grab attention and stand out. There is no picture on the cover yet for I have not taken any and when I do I will analyze the font color to go with the scheme of the chosen photo.

Flat Plan-Magazine

There are four articles in my flat plan they are all about specific plates of food that a restaurant provides. This will engage my audience by having a specific restaurant for them to relate too and a variety of dishes for them to consider eating.
